Our main goal is to restore the Ropaži church in its former form – as authentically as possible, according to the found photographs taken before the Second World War.
Progress towards goals?
Since 2020, when the light garden project was started, the stairs in the church tower have already been restored, the floor has been laid in the altar part, and the restoration of the altar has also been gradually started.
What else needs to be done?
The construction of the church balcony and the ceiling still need to be done.
The floor must also be laid in the church hall.
In the territory, we still have to work on the restoration of the facade of the church itself – the boulders have crumbled in many places.
